Misty conditions can be expected at some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Western and North-western provinces and in Anuradhapura, Galle, Matara, Monaragala, Mannar and Vavuniya districts during the early hours of the morning.

Condition of Rain:
Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the sea areas off the coast extending from Galle to Pottuvil via Hambantota during the evening or night.
Winds:
Winds will be North-easterly in the sea areas from Kankasanthurai to Hambantota via Batticaloa.
Winds will be North-westerly or variable in the other sea areas around the island. Wind speed will be (20-40) kmph.
State of Sea:
The sea areas around the island will be moderate.
Temporarily strong gusty winds and very rough seas can be expected during thundershowers.
