Residents and authorities in the Nildandahinna and Walapane Divisional Secretariat Divisions of the Nuwara Eliya District have been advised to remain alert.
In addition, the institute has also warned the Divisional Secretariat Divisions of Mathurata and Hangurakketha in Nuwara Eliya, as well as Meegahakivula and Kandeketiya in the Badulla District, to take necessary precautions against potential landslides.
