Bids were invited under a limited international competitive bidding process, and three bids were received in response.
Following the evaluation of the bids, the Cabinet granted approval to the proposal submitted by the Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation to award the contract to GlobeGround India Pvt. Ltd., the lowest responsive bidder.
The contract, valued at US$ 3.093 million, will be effective for a period of three years, from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2029.
