Anura Kumara Dissanayake paid his last respects to the late Tissa Vitharana, Leader of the Lanka Sama Samaja Party and former Senior Minister.
The President visited the N. M. Perera Centre, where Vitharana’s remains have been laid in state, and offered his final respects.
A number of politicians, party representatives and members of the public were also present to pay tribute to the veteran leftist leader.
