The initiative was launched with the intervention of the Presidential Secretariat, reflecting high-level commitment to modernising public service delivery.
According to the Registrar General’s Department, the system is now fully operational in 62 Sri Lankan embassies and high commissions worldwide, significantly improving access to civil registration services for the diaspora.
