Amila Sampath, a notorious Sri Lankan underworld figure known as 'Rotumba Amila,' has been apprehended by Russian law enforcement authorities.
The arrest was confirmed by sources, and relevant information has been shared with the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of Sri Lanka for further action.
