Mavai Senathirajah, the leader of the Ilankai Thamil Arasu Kachchi's (ITAK) politburo and former Member of Parliament, has been admitted to the Emergency Treatment Unit (ETU) of the Jaffna Teaching Hospital following an accident at his residence.
According to reports from Ada Derana, Senathirajah sustained injuries in the incident and was swiftly rushed to the hospital for immediate medical attention. The nature and extent of his injuries have not been fully disclosed, but sources indicate that he is currently receiving treatment.
