Condition of Rain:
Showers will occur at a few places in the sea areas extending from Batticaloa to Kankasanthurai via Trincomalee. Showers or thundershowers will occur at a few places in the sea areas off the coast extending from Kalutara to Hambantota via Galle during the evening or night.
Winds:
Winds will be North-easterly or variable in direction in the sea areas around the island. Wind speed will be (20-35) kmph.
State of Sea:
The sea areas around the island will be slight to moderate.
Temporarily strong gusty winds and very rough seas can be expected during thundershowers.
