The Parliament of Sri Lanka is set to convene from December 3rd to December 6th as announced by Mrs. Kushani Rohanadeera Secretary General of the Parliament.The decision was made during a party leaders'meeting chaired by Speaker Dr. Asoka Ranwala on November 25th.
On December 3rd, the President will present the proposal related to the government's policy statement that was recently introduced in Parliament. The debate will commence at 9:30 a.m. and continue until 5:30 p.m.
The debate will resume on December 4th, starting at 9:30 a.m. and concluding at 5:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m. on December 4th, a vote will be held on the proposal.
