Amidst the adverse weather conditions impacting the island Navy relief teams continue their flood relief operations in the Wakare and Verugal areas of the Eastern Province yesterday (30th November 2024).
These teams are actively engaged in providing essential transportation via dinghies, distributing cooked meals, and rescuing those affected by the flooding to ensure the safety and well-being of the community.
