The first meeting of the newly-formed Cabinet of Ministers is being held today (November 19) at 10:00 a.m., chaired by President Anura Kumara Dissanayake.
This follows the swearing-in ceremony of the 21-member Cabinet of the National People’s Power (NPP) government yesterday (November 18).
Reports indicate that Deputy Ministers will take their oaths on Thursday (November 21), though the final number of appointments has yet to be determined.
