The Hulftsdorp Magistrate’s Court has issued a detention order for two Sri Lanka Navy Lieutenant Commanders and two other individuals following their apprehension with a significant quantity of crystal methamphetamine, commonly referred to as 'Ice.'
The order mandates their detention until April 26th to facilitate further interrogation.
The arrests were made as part of a recent operation conducted by Mulleriyawa Police officers, who seized 510 grams of 'Ice' from the possession of the four suspects. The street value of the confiscated narcotics is estimated to be around Rs. 7.5 million.
