In a thrilling encounter at Diamond Oval, Kimberley, South Africa Women beat Sri Lanka Women by 7 wickets in the 2nd ODI of the series. 

Sri Lanka Women set a competitive total of 229 runs for the loss of 10 wickets in 49.5 overs. The batting performance was led by Chamari Athapaththu, who scored 51 runs off 69 balls, and Kavisha Dilhari, contributing 42 runs off 41 balls. However, the South African bowling attack, spearheaded by Nadine de Klerk (3 wickets for 23 runs in 6 overs) and Ayabonga Khaka (3 wickets for 28 runs in 6.5 overs), restricted Sri Lanka's scoring opportunities.

In response, South Africa Women showcased their batting prowess, chasing down the target with ease and scoring 233 runs for the loss of 3 wickets in 47.4 overs. Laura Wolvaardt played a stellar innings, scoring 110 runs off 141 balls, while Marizanne Kapp provided strong support with 80 runs off 84 balls. Sri Lanka's bowling efforts, led by Inoka Ranaweera (1 wicket for 41 runs in 10 overs) and Achini Kulasuriya (1 wicket for 35 runs in 8 overs), couldn't contain the relentless South African batting lineup.
