An accomplice of 'Welle Saranga,' an organized criminal gangster currently in hiding in Dubai, was arrested along with heroin, two swords, and a live hand grenade.
The arrest followed a raid conducted based on intelligence provided by Western Provincial Intelligence Officers from the Mattakkuliya Police as part of the Yukthiya Operation.
Authorities stated that the detained individual is a 37-year-old resident of Mattakkuliya, Colombo 15.
