Three individuals including a Nigerian national, were arrested by the Police Narcotics Bureau (PNB) in connection with receiving a parcel containing cocaine from South Africa.
The PNB arrested a 25-year-old from Borella, who arrived at a Polgodawatta distribution center to collect a parcel allegedly sent to Sri Lanka by airmail from South Africa.
During the interrogation of the suspect, the police arrested two other suspects, including a Nigerian national, for aiding in the importation of cocaine.
