A tragic incident unfolded in Divithurugama, Elpitiya this morning as a public health inspector was fatally shot at his residence near the Kurundugaha Hatekma Expressway entrance, Police said.
The victim, identified as Deepal Roshan Kumara, was a father of three and a was attached to the Karandeniya Public Health Inspector Office.
