Authorities report the discovery of four unidentified bodies in Kuruwita, Peliyagoda, Marawila, and Ragama police jurisdictions.
In Kuruwita, a naked male body was found in the Kuru Ganga. Estimated to be between 35 and 40 years old and standing at 5 feet 8 inches, the deceased remains unidentified.
In Pattiya Junction, a 35-year-old male struck by a train was found. Standing at approximately 5 feet tall, he wore a white and black t-shirt, black long bottoms, and had tattoos on his right arm below the elbow.
Marawila's Jayalathgama area saw the discovery of a naked body of an unknown male, aged 55 to 60, standing 6 feet tall, found in a swamp.
Lastly, an unidentified male, aged 60 to 65 and 5 feet 4 inches tall, was found on the stairs of a private institution at the hospital roundabout on the Ragama-Kadavata road. He wore a gray saree and a black sleeved t-shirt.
Ragama Police are conducting further investigations into the incidents.
