The Ramanadapuram Police have arrested three individuals following an assault on five residents of Ramanadapuram in Kilinochchi leaving them seriously injured.
The attack stemmed from a dispute related to an illicit relationship.
Among the injured are two men aged 28 and 30 along with three women aged 28, 30, and 50.
The police have confirmed the arrest of three suspects aged 24, 33, and 59, residing in Kilinochchi in connection with the incident.
