The Ratnapura High Court delivered a verdict on Monday, February 19th, sentencing Neil Lakshman to death for the double murder that occurred in Kotakethana back in 2012.
Neil Lakshman was found guilty of the brutal killings of a mother and her daughter in that tragic incident.
