The National Water Supply & Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a scheduled water supply suspension for parts of Colombo on Saturday, February 10th, lasting for 15 hours. The suspension will commence at 5:00 p.m. and last until 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 11th.
Residents in Colombo 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 areas will be affected by the water cut, necessitated by essential maintenance work planned under the Ambatale Water Supply System Improvements and Energy Saving Project, according to the NWSDB.
The maintenance work aims to enhance the water supply system and implement energy-saving measures. Residents are advised to make necessary arrangements to mitigate inconvenience during the specified period of the water cut.
