Twentieth Presidential Film Awards ceremony will be held today at the Nelum Pokuna Mahinda Rajapaksa Theatre. President Ranil Wickremesinghe will be the Chief Guest and Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena and Transport, Highways and Mass Media Minister Dr. Bandula Gunawardhana will be Guests of Honour.
National Film Corporation Chairman Deepal Chandraratne said that Rs. 7 million will be expended on 53 awards after reviewing 42 films screened in 2019 and 2020. This is the 20th Presidential Film
