Two Senior DIGs, including the Crimes Senior DIG K. V. D. A. J. Karavita, have been transferred, following the order from the National Police Commission.
Senior DIG Karavita is reassigned as Senior DIG Training and Advanced Training, while Senior DIG in charge of Matara and Hambantota District S. W. M. Mr. Senaratne is transferred to Senior DIG in charge of Community Police and Tourism Investment, effective from November 6.
