Sri Lanka Navy intercepted local multiday fishing trawler with large stock of narcotics suspected to be heroin on high seas, following special operation on receipt of intelligence information from State Intelligence Service.
The Navy said the apprehended trawler and suspects aboard are being escorted to the port of Colombo as of now for onward action.
