President Ranil Wickremesinghe of Sri Lanka held a meeting with the Prime Minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
The meeting, which took place a short while ago, saw both leaders engaging in fruitful discussions, according to a statement released by the President Media Division (PMD).
The meeting between President Wickremesinghe and Prime Minister Hasina signifies the growing bilateral relations between Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.
