The first evaluation of the International Monetary Fund’s $ 3 billion Extended Fund Facility (EFF) will be done from tomorrow
Acting Minister of Finance Dr. Ranjith Siyambalapitiya says that the first evaluation of the International Monetary Fund’s $ 3 billion Extended Fund Facility (EFF) will be done from tomorrow (14th) to the 24th September.
He said that a group of representatives of IMF will visit Sri Lanka to review the progress of the loan program, and several rounds of discussions will be held.
The second tranche of the EFF facility will be received after the successful completion of the final discussion.
