The final rites of senior lawyer Lal Wijenayake, a member of the Executive Committee of the National People’s Power (NPP), who passed away recently, are scheduled to be held this afternoon (02).
The funeral will take place at the Mahaiyawa Public Crematorium.
Wijenayake passed away on the afternoon of October 31 at the age of 85.
