The National Building Research Organisation (NBRO) has issued landslide warnings for 10 Divisional Secretariat (DS) divisions in three districts under Levels 1 and 2.
Under Level 2, residents in the Mawanella and Ruwanwella DS divisions in Kegalle District have been advised to remain vigilant.
Meanwhile, Level 1 warnings have been issued for the Walallawita DS division in Kalutara District; Dehiowita and Kegalle DS divisions in Kegalle District; and Kuruwita, Eheliyagoda, Weligepola, Ratnapura and Ayagama DS divisions in Ratnapura District.
The NBRO has urged residents in the affected areas to remain alert and closely monitor developments.
