Police Headquarters has introduced a dedicated WhatsApp contact number to make it easier for the public to obtain information and resolve inquiries related to police clearance applications.
The new service came into effect on September 23, 2026, providing applicants with a direct communication channel to the Police Clearance Division through WhatsApp.
The dedicated number is 071-8595950.
Police said the number is strictly for WhatsApp text messages and should not be used for telephone calls.
Through the new digital service, applicants can submit relevant information and communicate directly with officers of the Police Clearance Division regarding their clearance-related inquiries.
The initiative is intended to streamline the inquiry process and provide the public with a more convenient way to communicate with the relevant police authorities.
