The Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has announced that the “TM App” has been investigated, assessed, and determined to have engaged in, conducted, and promoted a prohibited scheme under Section 83(C) of the Banking Act, No. 30 of 1988.
Following this determination, the CBSL has amended its official list of companies, applications, and entities identified as prohibited schemes. The updated list now includes TM App along with several other entities previously identified by the Central Bank.
