A son of former State Minister Shantha Bandara has been arrested by the Kollupitiya Police in connection with the alleged theft of nearly Rs. 200 million belonging to a Chinese national.
According to police, the suspect is expected to be produced before the Fort Magistrate's Court for further legal proceedings. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
