The Department of Examinations has urged all candidates sitting for the 2026 G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) Examination to submit their applications before July 23, emphasizing that not having a National Identity Card (NIC) will not prevent candidates from applying.

The Department stated that applicants should submit their examination applications in accordance with the instructions provided in the official examination notification.

Officials further stressed that the application deadline will not be extended under any circumstances, and all eligible candidates are advised to complete the application process before the closing date.
