The sitting will begin with parliamentary business conducted under Standing Order 22 (Items 1 to 6) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

From 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., the House will take up Questions for Oral Answers, followed by Questions under Standing Order 27(2) from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

From 11:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Parliament is scheduled to debate the following Private Members' Motions:

Nalin Bandara – Formulating a programme to regulate the licensing process for fuel filling stations.

Upul Kithsiri – Protecting Maduwanwela Walawwa in the Kolonna Divisional Secretariat Division of Ratnapura District, along with other historically significant sites in Sri Lanka.

Dr. M.L.A.M. Hizbullah – Establishing a fund named the "Sri Lanka Baitulmaal Fund."

Attorney-at-Law Hiruni Wijesinghe – Appointing a trained Student Counsellor in every school to support students' educational, career, personal, and social development.

Rohini Kumari Wijeratne – Introducing a pension scheme for Sri Lankan migrant workers, commonly referred to as "Rata Viruwan" (overseas Sri Lankan workers).

Ruwanthilaka Jayakody – Developing a mechanism to prohibit the sale of unhealthy food to children in school canteens across Sri Lanka.

Rajeevan Jeya Chandra Moorthy – Promoting tourism and supporting economic development in Jaffna.

The debates on these private members' motions are expected to continue throughout the afternoon session until the House adjourns.
