The sitting will begin with parliamentary business allocated under Standing Order 22(1–6) from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

 From 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., time has been set aside for questions directed to the Prime Minister. This will be followed by oral questions from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and questions under Standing Order 27(2) from 11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Between 11:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Parliament is scheduled to debate and seek approval for several regulations and orders published in Extraordinary Gazettes under various laws, including:

The Payment and Settlement Systems Act,

The Customs Ordinance,

The Motor Traffic Act, and

The Sri Lanka Export Development Act.

Following this, from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Parliament will hold an adjournment debate on issues faced by Sri Lankan migrant workers, based on a motion presented by the Opposition.

The day's agenda focuses on legislative approvals and addressing concerns affecting overseas Sri Lankan workers.
