The island-wide initiative will be coordinated under the Clean Sri Lanka programme, bringing together multiple government agencies and community stakeholders to strengthen dengue prevention efforts.
The campaign will involve the participation of the health sector, the Tri-Forces, the Sri Lanka Police, District Secretariats, Divisional Secretariats, local government authorities, and volunteer organizations, among other state and community representatives.
The joint operation aims to enhance public participation in dengue control while covering all 23 identified high-risk areas in the Western Province through a coordinated and comprehensive response.
