The company said it has decided against revising gas prices this month, citing its ability to absorb increasing costs through prudent financial management and operational efficiency.
According to Litro, effective cost-control measures, sustained growth in sales, and strong earnings from other business ventures have strengthened the company’s financial position, enabling it to keep prices stable and provide relief to consumers.
As a result, the price of a 12.5 kg domestic LP gas cylinder in the Colombo District will continue to be sold at Rs. 4,765. The prices of the 5 kg and 2.3 kg cylinders will also remain unchanged at Rs. 1,910 and Rs. 890 respectively.
The company noted that maintaining current price levels reflects its commitment to supporting consumers amid prevailing economic challenges.
