The ship, HARI ANAND, docked at the Dolphin Jetty at around 1.30 p.m., officials said.
The consignment, totaling 36,000 metric tons, has since been transferred to the Kolonnawa Fuel Storage Complex for distribution.
According to authorities, the shipment includes 18,000 metric tons of diesel and 18,000 metric tons of Octane 92 petrol.
