The Royal Navy of Oman ship *AL SEEB* arrives at the Port of Colombo today on a logistics replenishment visit and is welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in accordance with naval traditions.
The 75-metre-long vessel is commanded by Lieutenant Commander Hamad bin Mohammed Aldarmaki. The port call facilitates professional interaction and goodwill exchanges between the Royal Navy of Oman and the Sri Lanka Navy.
During the stay in Colombo, crew members of *AL SEEB* are expected to visit several tourist attractions in the city.
Meanwhile, the Indonesian Naval Ship *KRI Sultan Iskandar Muda – 367* arrives at the Port of Colombo today (22 January 2026) on a scheduled port call for logistics replenishment and a goodwill mission. In keeping with long-standing naval tradition, the ship is accorded a ceremonial welcome upon arrival.
The 90.71-metre-long Sigma-class corvette is commanded by Commander Annugerah Anurullah. Crew members of the vessel are also expected to visit tourist attractions within the Colombo city limits.
