United National Party (UNP) leader and former President Ranil Wickremesinghe today (19) paid his final respects to the late Nandana Gunatilaka, former Minister and former Mayor of Panadura, at the Panadura Municipal Council office.
Wickremesinghe was accompanied by UNP Chairman Wajira Abeywardena and former Minister Rajitha Senaratne.
A number of party members, local government representatives and residents of the area were also present to pay their last respects to the late politician, who was widely recognised for his long-standing service to the people of Panadura.
