President Anura Kumara Dissanayake said that despite facing one of the most severe natural disasters in recent times, Sri Lanka has made significant progress in recovery.
He stated that all roads destroyed by the disaster have now been reopened and essential infrastructure, including electricity, water supply and communication services, has been restored through the collective efforts of political leadership, public servants and the general public.
