International R&B star Ne-Yo has apologised to his Sri Lankan fans following the last-minute cancellation of his scheduled concert in Colombo.
In a social media post, Ne-Yo said he had been “looking forward to rocking” with his fans in Sri Lanka but was unable to perform due to “unforeseen circumstances.” He expressed his sincere apology and assured fans that he hopes to return to the country soon.
“We’ll try again soon. All the love and respect,” Ne-Yo wrote.
The concert, originally scheduled for December 28, was cancelled at the last minute, prompting fraud complaints against the event organisers.
