The General Information and Technology (GIT) examination for Grade 12 students has been rescheduled to January 11, 2026, the Examinations Department announced.
The Department said the exam, which was originally set to be held earlier, had to be postponed due to adverse weather conditions across the country.
Students who are unable to attend their respective examination centres on the new date have been instructed to notify their school principals. The principals must then inform the relevant Zonal Education Offices and the Commissioner General of Examinations.
