The Department of Motor Traffic (DMT) has temporarily suspended online driving licence issuance services at its Werahera Head Office and all district offices.
The department said measures are currently being taken to rectify the issue and restore the online system as soon as possible.
Until then, driving licences will be issued through offline district offices to ensure the service remains uninterrupted for the public.
