Train operations along Sri Lanka’s Main Railway Line have come to a complete standstill, the Railway Control Room announced.
According to officials, an unexpected fault in the signal system at the Orugodawatta Railway Station has caused the disruption. Technical teams have already been deployed to rectify the issue.
Authorities stated that train services will resume once repairs are completed and normal signal operations are restored.
