The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced that the water supply will be suspended for 12 hours today (07) from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. in several areas due to an emergency maintenance operation at the Periyamulla water tower in Negombo.
According to the NWSDB, the affected areas include Periyamulla, Eththukala, Kudapaduwa, Dalupotha, Kattuwa, Lewis Road area, Sellakanda Road, and Wella Veediya.
The Board expressed its regret for any inconvenience caused to consumers due to this temporary interruption of the water supply.
