The number of tourists visiting Sri Lanka has seen a significant increase, reflecting a positive trend for the country’s tourism industry.
However, Sameera Senaka de Silva, Chairman of the All Sri Lanka Small and Medium Scale Tourism Entrepreneurs Association, said that authorities must take steps to provide better facilities and services to tourists.
He made these remarks during a media briefing held in Galle yesterday (27).
