Flights to Mattala Rajapaksa International Airport (MRIA) for the 2025 winter season will begin tomorrow, Ports and Civil Aviation Ministry said.
They said Belavia Airlines of Belarus and Red Wings Airlines of Russia are scheduled to arrive at MRIA on 28 October 2025, marking the start of winter season operations at the airport.
The Ministry said the airport is expected to see increased traffic during the winter season.
