Police Media Spokesperson ASP F. U. Wootler stated today that since January this year, a total of 6,127,138 individuals have undergone various police checks, with 5,414 people identified as directly involved in criminal activities
Speaking at a special media briefing at Police Headquarters, ASP Wootler added that 56,365 persons with arrest warrants issued and 37,607 those with open warrants were among the arrested.
He emphasized that the police will not allow any individual to carry out or plan anti-social, illegal, or unlawful acts.
