Dr. Ananda Ratnayake has been appointed as the 93rd President of the Sri Lanka Dental Association (SLDA) for the year 2025–2026.
A special ceremony to introduce and appoint the new president was held at the Solis Hotel in Kotte, under the patronage of the Minister of Health and Mass Media, Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa.
During the event, outgoing President Prof. Ruwan Jayasinghe officially presented the Presidential sash to Dr. Ratnayake, marking the formal commencement of his tenure.
The event brought together distinguished members of the dental profession and health sector officials to celebrate the SLDA’s continued leadership in promoting oral health and professional excellence in Sri Lanka.
