Police officers have reportedly visited the residence of a senior attorney connected to the recent incident in which a police officer allegedly assaulted a lawyer within the Mount Lavinia court premises
According to police sources, steps are being taken to arrest the senior attorney for allegedly verbally abusing and threatening the police officer involved in the altercation.
Investigations into the incident are continuing under the supervision of senior police officials
