The Police Headquarters has announced that the online system for applying for police clearance reports has crashed due to a technical problem.
Issuing a statement, the Police Media Division said the Sri Lanka Police regrets the inconvenience caused to applicants.
“Police clearance reports are applied for only through the online system, and this system has crashed due to a technical error since the early hours of today, 10.10.2025,” the statement read.
